Join me for a therapeutic Healing Yoga Break! Let go of anything weighing on you from the day and pause for a moment of softness. This flow starts with gentle stretches and deep breaths, then we tenderly pick up the energy as we invite our bodies to flow with what is.

Take this time to go easy on yourself and trust the process. This is a great practice for checking in with your heart space and sitting in self-compassion.

A gentle yoga break can be effective when you are feeling overwhelmed, heavy hearted, or fatigued. Restore the mind, repair the body, and recuperate your nervous system with the power of yoga. Give yourself permission to surrender with this 17 minute practice.

If it is available to you, bring a blanket, towel, or bolster to the mat and we will ease in to practice together.

I just had my final session today with my current therapist which has been really hard with my abandonment trauma. I will be grieving, but today despite having trouble I was able to have a smooth session of progress, gratitude, and connection. Based on the description, it seems it will be a practice that really aligns~ Namaste and see you tomorrow 🙏❤️‍🩹

We all need to take one day to restore our mind and body. One day to do absolutely nothing, but just be. This soft practice gave me the opportunity to sit with myself for a few minutes, ease up a little and be grateful. Thank you! Love & light ✨

I really needed this practice today ❤️
A month ago I moved across the country to move in with my boyfriend after 5 years of long distance. I've been without a job since, searching for the RIGHT job while exploring alternatives (starting a small business, different career paths). Yesterday I finaly heard back from the job I thought was the one for me ... After 3 weeks of obsessively checking my email every few hours every day they told me they decided to hire someone else. I allowed myself to cry about it all day yesterday with the intention of picking myself back up today. This practice brought me to tears, but healed that small wound from yesterday.
Today my exploration continues with a lifted heart.

bless you Adriene! i have started doing yoga with your videos since 2020 with the quarantine to do some exercise at home since all gyms were closed, but i didn't expect you'll change my life to good. I can confidently say that now i am more flexible and have more peace of mind than i expected to get out of this journey. Thank you for being who you are and lots of hugs to Benji! That was wonderful. My heart and soul are very full of emotion and this helped to settle me for the day ahead. My late husband’s tools are going to a charity and whilst that is SO the right thing to do it will hard to watch them go. I am three years into my grief journey and Adriene, you never fail to support me when I need it most. You are truly incredible; never stop what you do. PLEASE ❤

This video came out at just the right time for me. My dog is coming to the end of his life, which is not shocking since he's an old man (16) but still devastating. I breathed, I stretched, I cried, and now I feel ready to go back to trying to make his last days as comfortable as possible. Thank you, Adriene💛

I am expressing my gratitude to dear Adriene for appearing on my recommendation' back in 2019 when everything I needed was to find my SELF. Today it is 2024 and I have realized I came a long way from my journey. As I belong in my space I am there between times of Our practice. Teacher, Mentor, thank you.

I actually got hypnotized at the end. Like in the movies - zoned out, froze and was just watching your lips.
I often call you a witch, haha. In a good way. No matter how I feel, 15 min of yoga with you make me so present, calm and happy like nothing else.

19 months ago, I became a mother and lost my mother in less than 24 hours. My newborn got to meet my mother just 6 hours after he was born and hours before she passed away. My now toddler keeps me strong, busy and distracted and breathing through your practices helps me so much on my grief journey. Thank you for your mantras, your gift of words and leadership and for holding the space for me.

Dear Adrine, I'm doing your videos for at least 5 or 6 years now... Sometimes there are phases in my life where I am not able to go on the mat for weeks, months.. but it feels so good to always come back to you. your videos and routine helped me trough times of severe depression and sometimes I lay there on this little yoga mat, sobbing, with your voice calming me down.. Thank you for everything, really! Today was a hard day and I made it on the mat for the first time in ages but it feels so ... healing :) You are healing. All the best from Germany, thanks for keeping me going even in the darkest hours
