Didn‘t cry, laughed out loud cause my 80pound American Bulldog decided to lay next to me, paws up and lick my face. 😂 can‘t do anything serious in this house with my little clowndog…

I’ve been doing your practices now everyday sometimes three times a day! The amount of trauma that’s comes up has astonished me! Even generational trauma has come up. Nothing has worked as well as somatic healing. It’s better than doing mushrooms which is the way I used to heal before discovering you!! Your a god send! I appreciate your whole existence ❤❤❤

I lay with my knees up like that regularly, it's a vegas nerve exercise that helps a person relax. I use it all the time to get out of trauma responses. Though I have to say adding the pillow under my upper back help my lower back pop and felt amazing!

Well I sure am trying to release emotions but I mean this is just laying here like I would when I watch TV or to go to sleep I mean maybe I'm doing it wrong but it looks pretty obvious but I mean I got literally nothing

I’m not sure what we are supposed to be “doing” are we just laying back on a pillow with are arms and legs open? Is there rocking? What are we supposed to do for the release?

Are you adjusting yourself on the pillow in the beginning or is that part of the movement?

Then sway hips side to side just once / twice?

Then centre your legs to your hips & spread your arms?

Nothing happened when I tried this & I'm assuming it's because I didn't do it right
