🖥️Cat/Cow
Place your hands on your knees or desk
Arch your back and neck forward
Look back towards the ceiling, extending your neck back
Complete this stretch 5-10 times
🖥️Seated Piriformis Stretch
Cross your ankle over the opposite knee
(Optional) Place light pressure down on your knee that is elevated for an additional stretch
Complete this stretch 5-10 times
🖥️Cactus Arms
Reach your arms back
Stretching your chest and the front of your shoulders
Looking slightly up opening up your chest
Complete this stretch 5-10 times
