I have recently gone through some serious, yet mysterious, health conditions. I went from a relatively healthy 40 year old, to someone who would qualify for disability due to my body suddenly breaking down piece by piece (especially my legs feet and knees). I'm actually pretty young and my knees are already weak, I'm 20. And I thought I should just avoid activity with them... but im pretty sure that'll just lead to more knee problems down the line, so this is pretty awesome
