everytime i’ve tried the more advanced shoulder mobility exercise with the stick i couldn’t do it properly. it always got me down because of how horrible the mobility in my right shoulder was, and both of them in general. decided to push myself through 2 sets 30 secs of those stretches. i decided, for the first time i saw something and decided, lets try it, you said i’d be surprised so i grabbed a broomstick and gave it a shot. i could do it. i could fuckinf do it. it was an amazing feeling.i am so so endlessly grateful for you and this video. thank you so much. all it took was just those stretches and i could do it. i’m definitely doing it from now on. thank you so much.

The third one is an advanced stretch, be careful while trying it…I once pinched my nerve from the neck all the way back to the rotator cuff while doing that exact movement.I was in pain for a whole week.It’s a very advanced stretch, you have to try it after you become mobile enough.

You know what’s weird is I was using rings the other day and I did a full shoulder rotation and now that I did that I feel my one shoulder is locked somehow so I’m trying to follow your routine and stretch it out so thanks for being so clear and precise with your explanations it truly helps me.
