I was having pain while playing volleyball and thank you once again for this invaluable resource.
In my experience I have found that weekend warriors are having more issues than sedentary people. Maybe because of no warm up and cool down probably.

Neck problems should be found trigger points beneath the occipital, origin area cause pain, rubbing it in a horizontal way may alleviate pain plus using heating pad, you'll eventually feel much better.

There is one test that I have found on myself. Rotate your neck towards right (as if you’re talking to your friend who is sitting right side of you). Rotate as much you can. Now raise your left hand, you will notice increased range of motion in neck. This obviously due to tightness in some muscles. But idk the exact muscle, may be it’s upper traps.

Sir what is your magician job called? Honestly. Its witchcraft or something. I had severe pain on my triceps/rotator cuffs and nobody could tell me what it was about. Couldnt do pushups, couldnt properly box. I tried your warm up with low low low weights while laying on my belly, raising my arms up, then turning the hands over and doing the same. pain was gone. Now i assume it has something to do with my ability to push my shoulderblades back at will (some muscle in my back isnt developed at all that should prevent that due to some nerv damage or nerve not existing or something, a doctor once explained to me) anyway. You helped me a lot. Cant thank you enough. :) I have an appointment to get back into the Gym next week! Gonna take it slow and work my way back up.

I feel it’s great he is starting to take care of his health.❤He’s also having back issues because he lacks core strength. I don’t feel it’s safe for you to have him lift such heavy weight with no core yet. I feel you as a trainer will cause more issues for him lifting heavy weight he has not done in years. He’s not 12.

Would this work for levator scapula pain? I keep tweaking my levator scapulae, either the left or right one. I've noticed that my shoulders are uneven on the vertical axis.
