A year ago I had shoulder surgery where they took my lower trap and used it, along with a cadaver Achilles, to build me a new rotator cuff. When you were talking about when you stretch your shoulder you stretch your upper back it really resonated with me. I’m done with PT but need to stretch forever to keep things moving. Finding your workouts specifically for shoulder has been clutch. I have also started the full body workouts too and love it. You are a fabulous teacher thanks!!

Really enjoyed this video, I have bad shoulders from wrestling in high school and college. Plus mental trauma on top of the physical. I hope to get back to feeling powerful again 🙏
