This is great. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and I am 41 going on 80. I struggle these days to jump and get up and down on the ground so this is super cool. I love how you make these style of videos. Simple and don't get frustrated looking at the computer person lol wishing I was still like that, counting out the numbers is brilliant. Thank you. You deserve great success.

Been doing your exercises for 2 months as well as the 50 Donkey Kicks, 50 Fire hydrants, 50 Lunges and I see a lot of difference. Plus, i lose 4kls. Thank you so much. 😍
