Anyone who’s been suffering from slight adductor tendonitis atm stop playing whatever sport you do. fully rest and recover and rehabilitate because the recovery time for this type of injury can take months if you really damage it. Stop until you feel absolutely no pain at all and then slowly work yourself back. This shit is no joke

My chiropractor told me I needed 3D custom orthotics, so I bought them . It created more pain then I had prior & now I have constant groin/pelvic/testicle pain. Among other pains all over my body. And daily visits to have body and orthotics adjusted He has since bought back the orthotics. But I have been left with the groin/pelvic/testicle pain, to which he doesn't really seam to care. I feel like he is not taking the pain seriously. At present I am looking for a new chiropractor.

Thank you for sharing this information, without you even seeing me, have acknowledged my pain. It is legit, and was caused by his persistence that these orthotics where going to solve all my problems

I felt something pop/crunch in my left groin area one morning about a year ago, I'd put all my weight on the left hip as I reached for something while turning to go back into a seated position. I expected the same level of pain like I've had with back strains, but luckily, I thought at the time, it wasn't that bad. I went to work. That day while walking down a slight incline I had a terrible electric shock sensation in the injured area which stopped me in my tracks. This happened a few times during the day and for almost every single day for about 9 months. The spasms happened randomly and often some time would pass between each jolt.
It still hasn't healed properly, there is a hard lump where I suspect the injury is now. Such a weird thing.

Confirms what i thought with my football/Soccer injury. I have just bought one of those hip/thigh straps, it gives support and eases the pain. Good Double Act👍👦👨

Hi Bob and Brad thank you so much for your knowledge, forever sub. Where can I get that strap? I have been dealing with this pain for 2 years now and I'm at the point of pulling my leg off it hurts to much

ha ha that is amusing. I checked this out as I have a pain there and just rode my horse yesterday, it's not a coincidence! mine seems to be the middle red band area. Although interesting to see how far they go down as I have had on going long term pain on the inside of the knee on the same leg.

Hi:) I had a fractured femoral neck that required a corrective osteotomy. I just saw my surgeon (5 years later to follow up with progress or lack of) healing because I am in pain 24/7. The xrays show no signs of fracture and perfect healing, so any thoughts on how I can improve pain levels that are seemingly neurological? Happy holidays!

Bob & Brad, you guys were had the answer to my prayers. I did something really stupid a while back. Hadn't done jumping Jack's since high school. I starting to do a few for warm-up before exercise. (Needed to do some wsrm-up before I did them.) . Everything you described happened to me. I heard thr pop; tendon & muscle. It hurt like hell. I asked God what I should do about this. He said, "dance." I guess you either use it or lose it! I made a make-shift wrap with an ace wrap. Perfect. Thanks so much for the info. God bless.

Tried wearing one of those supports during volleyball and it actually made it worse. If I took it off it was still sore but 10 times better.

Mine just started hurting while running. It came on slowly over the past couple of days. I did a lot of ranking and yard work last week.

I have spinal cord damage from surgery...I think I pulled something in the groin area while climbing up into my truck using my weak leg...feels like my groin needs to pop and hurts down the front of my leg and radiates into the side of my knee...is it possible that I injured my groin doing this?

I fell off a cycling bike speeding home in the rain as I took a turn. I cleared my bike and fell safely in the grass but the handlebars slammed into my inner thigh and severely bruised the entire inner thigh and turned it black. I did it July 3, 2021 and it is just now getting better today is July 18. I am concerned because I feel what feels like a long vein in my inner thigh with my hand and I have never felt it there before. My sister says I should get it ultrasound what do you think?
