Today’s my last day in level 1 of your mobility program, it is absolutely my favorite part of my workouts. It’s well structured and easy to follow. Can’t wait to do level 2.

Indeed straight arm strength is very important for calisthenics skills! Back lever (or just the tuck back lever) is a great exercise for it as well :)

Can’t believe people dislike the video! The fundamentals thought on the video helps to understand how to safely perform the workout, plus helps you yo incorporated in a routine, whether for skills or could be used as a warm-up. Keep up the good job!🤘

Great exercises. The form is so perfect. I mainly like how the focus is your mobility as that helps in the muscle control to help strengthen muscles even faster

Now I know I'm on the right track for the planche and front lever also V-Sit, never thought these excercises are really the best. Thanks Alex and Calimovement!

I always knew planche and press to handstand were related, but this video is the first I have seen that mentions the connection.

Thanks for the vid. Straight arm strength is key and not that much easy to implement into day to day practice unless having some guidance. Well, this vid comes to fill in that void.
Guys, if possible keep going deeper into straight arm strenght in future vids. A way too big hurdle in Calisthenics to overlook.Great job, guys, as usual!!!.

Any chance of a video to help those with a common permanent sports injury work around it? For instance spondy, degenerative disc, damaged rotator cuff or torn acl.
Many of these injuries make it near impossible to progress in some movements with the traditional progressions. A video or other resource would help a lot.
