Wow, this person's body is on point! She has absolutely built her body. What impresses me is the ease with which she moves. Not only is she strong but I felt like there was something else there that I couldn't quite figure out. Then she did a yoga move and I knew it was flexibility. Not only is she strong but she has amazing flexibility so her movement is no as stiff and locked as I see with a lot of heavily muscled people. Honestly, this is goals for my body, to get it to the point where it can move so freely and is this strong. Of course for me that means a lot of work and a lot of years!

The transition from feet-assisted pull-ups to negatives was so simple and eye-opening for me.

"Add in some negatives" and the way you move down is perfectly synchronised. Hits different ❤

Thank you for doing what you do— the quality and accessibility of your routines, your kind energy, the pacing and tone of voice, the uncluttered audio, no gimmicks— top shelf. Hands-down my newfound favorite fitness account!

Hi, I would like to thank you for making such inspiring videos. I have been lifting weights for a while and these days even less because of my busy schedule. I have even felt bored with lifting weights but instead I am interested in calisthenics training and now I finally started that journey, with you ❤ You are the best possible teacher for me so thank you! 🫂☀️🙏🏻🥰 Love from Finland 🇫🇮

With push-ups, "archer`s" push-ups -- with moving your weight over one hand with a push-up then another one with a push-up -- are also good for rising the strength of each hand separately while using them both togather. Still they are useful when incline itself is not enough or you will need so changes to progress. And it adds a some of stress to the elbows so be careful if you'll do them too. But this is a good way to push-ups with only one hand. "Archer`s" push-ups are my favorite, as you could guess. )
