There is alot of leves in planche choose your level where you can hold ir for 10 sec and add 2 sec every week
Exaple
I can do tuck plance 10 sec i do 40%from 10 sec and do it 3 sents 2 min brakes
Workoutnis money thurstday and friday and in next week we do 12 sec and 40% from 12 its 5 sec every set we do 3 sets for 5 sec holds
3 sets and keep going

Just tain static progressions you will get a lot stronger in way less time if you can't hold static progression use resistance band that allows you to hold position for atleast 5 secs you will thank me later after trying this you will see results in just in your strength in one or two session's
