I couldn’t do it much as I’ve had Dengue twice within the last 6 months and also burned my feet but here’s my current progress ig which is nothing but I’ll start again soon after I’ve recovered.

As an overweight person, i can only do incline push up, i just increase my reps to 10 x 5 reps daily

Fortunately, despite being overweight, Ican already do 40 seconds of the L-sit in one go.
38 now, even I was 18, I would do 20 seconds.

I can also do 30 military pushups in one go.
This means all the way down to about 0.5 cm from the floor, then all the way up to straight arms.
But I'm not here to boast.
I'm here to learn and I've got a long way to lose this belly fat.
I need to lose about 5 kg.

It's crazy because I've been doing most of these not knowing the abilities they give you.

I was sitting criss-cross one day and was curious to see if I could lift my body up with my hands, it was surprisingly easy!!! While still holding myself up I kicked my legs out, brought them back in but as I did I went into pushup position bringing myself closer to the ground (without body touching ground) next thing I knew I was doing a handstand. Ever since then I've been addicted to calisthenics 😌
