Even if you can't planche yet, just do the elbow lever to impress your girlfriend. It works everytime

L-sit on the floor is generally harder because it either requires more depression or compression depending on how u hold it

I appreciated learning the "negative" side of an exercise. Thanks for that. I am a surfer who can't get in the ocean right now and I am trying to find some exercises that I enjoy. Keep doing what you are doing, it's super helpful!

Nice video man. I wish I could do all these exercises, but I am still really weak, fat and unflexible. Have been trying so hard recently though. Going to gym every other day, and I got great meal plan from Next Level Diet. I hope I will slim down fast so I can start with calisthenics. I believe in myself, that's the most important thing IMO.

I literally always thought that handstand was just way outta my league but for a few days I was ill and pretty bored. Then I saw your video and thought let's give it a try. I never thought that it would be so easy! With the right technique, I was able to do it in just 3 days! It was great. Surprised the heck outta my friends! Thanks for the motivation bro

I will try to learn the elbow lever and talk about my progress in this comment(I've been working out for 5 months, I think it's time I learn some cool skills :D)
Day 1: After an hour or 2 after trying, was able to hold it for 7-8 seconds despite my puny wrists.
I'm aiming to master and hold this for 30 seconds.

Quarantine gang hai. I will be trying the russian pushups and pistol squad till i can do 10reps, and the L sit till i can hold 30 seconds. Will edit with progress.

Day 1: I looked like a total idiot trying all of them, i tried it after my workout so ill blame it on me being tired. Im going to practice it one by one. Russian pushups first.

Day 2: Russian pushups arent that hard to learn actually, the hard part for me rn is to do more reps than one.

Day 5: I did 3 reps several times, almost there bois, gotta say i love how nice all of you are.

Yesterday I injured my left shoulder. Just to clarify its not from the russian pushups and I did warmup enough, i guess. I have regular workouts beside the 10-20 minutes i spare to practice the russian pushups. I wont be doing anything for some time because of the shoulder injury. I just want to thank you all for all the likes, pretty sure i never gotten as much, and for all the kind words.

Luckily my shoulder injury wasnt serious at all so I should be able to get back slowly into grinding in a few days.
