Planche is and still remains a chasing unicorn for me. I love it, I admire it and I’m always so impressed by the humbling effect on my body. It doesn’t matter how fit and strong I get, it always feels one step too far. It’s such a hard exercise, I love it.

Something to try is to place low paralettes across from a wall. Lean so your head is lightly touching it. Measure the distance between paralettes and wall and increase the distance for a way to overload

I hope you make a full video about improving the forearm flexibility because I keep getting forearm splints after recovery even after doing GMB wrist prep so it'd be nice to get tips to fix this

I was a hardcore bodybuilder, but now as I’m in my mid-thirties, I’m leaning towards athletics and heart health than just being big. This exercise is really hard.

After the Full Back-Lever in good form I'm now tryining to achive the front-lever. The Planche is definitely on my bucket-list, but sometimes I'm starting to doubt if I can achieve it. But I will definitely try my best - yesterday I was able to hold a "ok"-Form Tuck Planche for 3x11 seconds. Right now I cannot imagine how much harder holding a planche is.

Getting from the single-leg-backlever to the full one was not easy, and it already is one of the easiest static skills.
