i found it difficult at first but if you just get in a push up position and move into it with the hand position its easier. Also just keep leaning forward until you find the right balance

i started calisthenics late march and am able to l sit tuck planche frog pose and elbow lever but i cant do a handstand or am i too early for that

I can do the elbow lever and all of my friends said that i could do it becuz i was just skinny and light in weight. They also said that i will never gain muscle
