Ease into them they absolutely work I do 2 sets of 15 about 5 days a week during stretching in the morning they totally works had back pain for awhile it's getting much better

i have been diagnosed with acute strained lower back. Doc recommended me the glute bridge. The PT showed me how to do it at home. But I keep feeling it in my lower back, and not in the glutes

What if you cannot do a glute bridge? I know how. But my body won’t lift at all. I’ve been having severe sciatica and I am trying the exercises recommended by the doctor but I can not do the bridge or the nerve glide at all. It just won’t lift. (Core/bum in case of the bridge, leg in case of seated nerve glide.) I keep googling but can’t find what to do or how to modify but improve.
