Very tough; vertical situps. You can do something like it using a very high incline or put your legs up over a bench while seated on the ground.

this is very good guys! must say at first i was dubious and then i did it and found my heart rate at 184 at one point so very good i tied it in with mkiagi roll ups and dead lifts in between sets of your m100s bent over rows. sweating like crazy. you make it look easy mate nice one.

I've seen the Gracies do that exercise. I'm guessing it's called the guard sit up because of the leg guard position when the legs are wrapped around the waist.

I dont have money for personal trainer, i dont have partner to help me whit this exersise, or anyother one, i smoke, i have bely fat, i just want you to make more videos and infos whit how many repeats we shuld do each exersise, and somme advices, whit food etc...and YES...i dont want to go on any sites and sign in for any crap, JUST HELP ME RIGHT HERE ON YOUTUBE, SIMPLE AS THAT thanks man you guys doing a great thing!!!

Does anyone out there know any good lower body workouts? I have fat only around the bottom of my stomach. Any fast way to get rid of it or should I just do a lot of Cardio?

Oh and do these still work the same way when you do them in the water? lol I know its kind of a stupid question but I like to do them in the water and hang off of the side of the pool or its ladder, I did it for fun but never thought of the physics / kinesiology of it all I mean you still have to use the same muscles right?.

Hey, a serious question. If you don't have a mate to help with this exercise, do you have any ideas on what to use instead of someone standing?? I've got a boxing bag available, would that work?? If so, fixed or swinging??
