This flow DOES move really fast and it took me 4 or 5 days to learn it. BUT because it's so short i have no trouble talking myself into doing it each night. Once you master it you'll love it. I can't stand the slow moving ones anymore but I totally love this one!

She switched the positions too quick for me. Didn't help me to relax :/ they should have made a 10 minute routine with the same moves.

Awesome you hold the poses for about 4 deep breathes/30 seconds. Otherwise, this’ll getcha goin, ’ not slowin.’

me when I was doing

1. dog starts licking hair
2. too fast
3. crashes feet when extending leg into closet
4. Dog tries to eat hair
5. bangs foot into corner of wall
6. comes up to end stretching and bangs head on table
7. not enough explanation
8. brother opens door, (that im right behind) = me falling on to the floor
9. more things that im too lazy to put :)

This sequence is done too quickly. I definitely felt more wired and jazzed after it than relaxed and ready for bed. It's a great sequence, and could be effective if done WAY slower. This video is super rushed.

The fastest yoga class I have ever seen...and it was supposed to be relaxing! The routine is not bad but how come she changed asanas after only one breath..or half. That's a shame. How all these comments are taken into account for future classes.

i watched and listened first thn i slowed down the speed a lot to follow without looking. if a pose gives me release i stay there longer by pausing or replaying. it knocked me out and got rid of my fibro night pains in my lower half. followed by a good neck and shldr routine by Adriene was complete and magically. lol

Pace was fast but what do you expect for five minutes? As a stay at home mom of an infant and toddler I can never rely on having a solid chunk of time for workouts, but most quickie videos leave me wanting...but not this one, it was great, it had all my fave stretches in a short amount of time...at the end of just five minutes I felt I’d gotten to the whole body and was significantly less tense and more relaxed. Saving this video for.regular use!

Really liked the yoga stretch. It was a quick stretch + workout, and it covered all the parts that needed a stretch before going to sleep. Great one for those who already do yoga .

Im assuming this was so fast so that people can just learn the moves and do it on their own time! 10 minutes is easier to say no to than 5
