It's time for a highly requested everyday stretching "Routine".
Give your body some time off next to all the hard workouts and stretch it everyday, this will help your muscles and well-being but also your mind.
I do this every morning to start my day, get my blood flow and wake my body up :)
This Routine helps you to:
- get rid of sore muscles
- reduce stiffness
- can either warm you up or cool you down before/after your workout
- help you to become more flexible
- opens your muscles and let you relax
Let's stretch and give your body some different kind of love.
