Thank you so much. Have been struggling to get back into any exercises after aches and pains. I did this after the pelvic floor exercises as can't even walk as I used to do without stress incontinence. So a huge thank you for putting on these 10 mins workouts.

thanks Jessica and I did after an hour walk today. Great top off as after having surgeries like you, I really need core strength! Question- I so some pilates and usually avoid the "roll up" because of prolapse. I feel it puts downward pressure when I'm trying to lift up! Thanks
