This does work but for those of us who are hyperflexible/ehlers danlos syndrome, a disc bulge can destabilise your spine so see a professional experienced with this. I have EDS and been dealing with 1 bulging disc that turned into 3 in 2 years because we were never able to stabilise the initial injury through physical therapy alone. Looking at fusion now. EDS can cause long term issues with injuries.

This worked. Squat university has fixed so many of my problems and taught me how to lift correctly. My lifts have gone up 10-20 pounds by listening to his advice, and I couldn’t be more happy with my progress. You are a lifesaver, thank you so much.

Sir pls plz help me.. once my leg over streched with pressure, I had a problem climbing stairs later it was gone, I use to run jog nothing emerged but whn i squat no pain but squat hold just for evn 5sec I feel a blast pain under my knee.. plz help what is this

Of all the things you've covered on this channel, I still haven't seen you address cubital tunnel syndrome or ulnar nerve issues of any kind! Please!!! It's like I'm the only person on the planet, apparently, who suffers from this. Most PTs I've been to have no idea. Bilateral cubital tunnel syndrome with subluxation. It's hell for those of us who like to bend or use our arms.
