Who would have thought YouTube and this video saved my life. There wasn't a pill, or a doctor or treatment that helped me..20 minutes a day when I woke up watching and doing this video turned my life around and cleared up my sciatica pain in a week.when I say pain, my life has become utter hell. When your not feeling well all aspects of your life are damaged..I now wake up energized and looking forward to doing these quickly and easy warm ups in the morning.. truly a life saver, I recommend this work out to any one with sciatica pain . Ive been to the e.r and have $6000 in medical bills and all I got was some pain meds that make me bleed when I go to the bathroom and I still couldn’t walk the next day...this free exercise video gave me more relief then going to the emergency room and all it cost was 19 min of my life... you guys deserve to be big thank you for the video, much respect.

I’m here in 2022 and started doing these workouts about 4 days ago. I wasn’t able to walk last week because of sciatica pain but now I’m back up and moving and if i feel a small pain come back I just right back to the stretches and it helps me immediately! Thank you both so much! You have no idea how much this has helped me recover!

I suffer from sciatic nerve pain off and on. I woke up the morning at 3:30 in pain, I started doing stretched I’ve learned through therapy and continued searching for other techniques and came across this. I did the whole workout/stretch and this will now be my daily routine. Thank you so much for posting this: this was a huge help and I can’t thank you both enough

It has been a blessing for me to come across this video, I have been suffering from sciatica since 2011. I could not walk properly due to pain, stiffness and tingling at the back of my knees, I have been doing this excercizes for a week now and I am feeling much better and I am gaining strength in my mobility. I wish to express my heartiest gratitude to you for these exercises. I have sciatica pain since 2017 and it keeps coming back on a regular basis. I got the worst pain ever 4 days ago. I could barely walk and every movement was very painful. I was in bed most of the time. My husband had to hold me while I tried to walk. No medicines, no ointments worked. This morning, I found your video and I immediately did those exercises in my bed. And I could already feel the pain reducing considerably. I tried to come out of bed and I could stand without any pain. I tried to walk without holding my bedside and the wall. I kept my back straight and I could actually walk without any pain and climb the stairs easily. It just felt like a miracle. At this moment, I don't feel any pain anymore and I have done the exercises twice already. Thank you so much.

Thank you for this! I have multiple desiccated discs and these exercises helped me along the way. First few sessions made my leg pain worse but after a couple more stretching, it gradually reduced the pain. Encouraging everyone for those with having difficulty to trust the process. Stay healthy be patient. We will all get our lives back to normal. 🌻🌻🌻

I have really bad sciatic pain. Yesterday morning the pain was so bad, I found this video and followed it in the morning after waking up, and at night before going to sleep. I feel so grateful with you guys, today i woke up feeling way better and I did it again!
This is going to become my routine so i wont feel that pain again.
