wow. guys. this is it ! I've been having excruciating pain for 18 hours now and none of the exercises seem to work.. only muscle relaxants gave some respite.. but this one thing healed my pain in 15 mins !! I'm so so grateful doc. thank you !! God bless you.

I was taught the other way, pain side to the wall, and crossing the other leg in front. I will try it this way. Always thankful for your videos.

I was truly impressed from this back pains plan Oliver two seven Blue. Usually, the actual alignment of my knees, hips and also back is maintained due to this.
