Exactly what i needed, i was all fine with meditating everyday; i even could do it for 10 to 15 minutes but somehow i lost the habit of doing it everyday. Thank-you for this wonderful and knowledgeable video! :)

Expectations is a big for me, a few days ago as I sat into my meditation, I had a rather amazing experience and I haven't had another one since and I kinda realized it because I'm trying to meditate instead of just letting it happen.

I used to meditate a lot a few years back, and I once had a truly beautiful experience I cannot fully explain… I’m currently going through a rough patch in life and decided I should to try to achieve that state again. Thank you for the advice ✌️
