This was excellent, the best meditation I’ve done in a while. The box breathing really helped quiet my hyperactive thinking and the music really calmed me.

I loved how this was put together very soothing voice, the technique and music was superbly arranged.

I can’t hold my breath for 4 seconds after exhaling! I vape nicotine! Considering this is for people who are bigger, many of whom have breathing problems… this isnt helpful!
