Useful video. I an 79 and walk 3-5 miles daily, and do the exercises you show. My issue going up or down stairs is balance. I am very uncomfortable without hand rails. I feel unsteady without one - but have no strength issue. I would love to see more video on improving balance. Thank you for the videos.

Much needed at 89, stairs no problem with hand rails, would not try without, helpful for getting up from chair.
