I'm glad to see Bob in the video, shows us how to accept setbacks with grace and do what we can, and Brad shows us how to keep engaged with a less-able person, keep them in the conversation. Blessings on you both for all you have given us over the years.

Bob is a living testimony to what he has been teaching all these years. To do as well as he is doing on a world stage is phenomenal. That takes a strong man and one of integrity. Doing it with grace and grit. Brad is OK too. lol

Some thoughts on a broken heart. I’ve found exercise to be very helpful. Walks outside in the fresh air improve our mood. Knowing that this too shall pass may be helpful. Out for lunch with a friend - listening to his/her problems makes us realize ours are easier. Just ideas.

You two are so personable, and you make exercise uncomplicated and doable. Bob, I hope every day brings you love, fun, and happiness, in spite of changes and challenges. Brad, of course, the same to you!

I am 73 and am recovering from a really bad fall 3 weeks ago. I went from working 2 jobs, walks in the park and driving to being isolated in my apartment with a walker. Thank you for all the helpful videos.

Best way to cope with broken heart is to find someplace in nature with beautiful scenery relaxing and peaceful - I find near water is good. And meditate.

I was skeptical, but I saw the "W" exercise in a previous video and tried it for a few days, a couple times a day as I sit in front of my computer a lot reading news and streaming videos, etc. I'm retired, 70 year old female. I can definitely say I've noticed a large improvement in my posture and my shoulders don't look as slumpy and rounded as they used to. I also raised up my computer screen on top of several books so it is now at eye level and I do not have to angle my head down to look at it. Big difference. I"ll do the other exercises too, because they can't hurt, and they may help. Meanwhile, they do make me feel better, even if it's just the "placebo" effect.

Bob is an inspiration . Started watching their vids from years ago and was saddened to learn of his setback as I watched more recent vids. All the best sir in continuing your tutorials.

Love this! Said the senior citizen watching ‘GRIT’. I can do these when I cut the TV to that channel. We (I’m a retired RN) used to tell seniors that had a history of taking off walking as soon as they stood up and then would fall, to count to 3 before they started walking. Thanks, y’all.
