Enjoy a moment of reprieve to relax and let go of the grip of the external world. Lean into the support of the earth beneath you as you settle into your little yoga nidra nest. You can weave this practice in anytime and anywhere, whenever you feel like you need a little bit more support. Think of it like lending a hand when you need it most. To remind yourself, that all you need is already within you.
Find a comfortable supine position where you can rest. Bring in the support of pillows, blankets, an eye pillow. Settle in for a short effortless guided meditation to bring you into a light altered state of consciousness where you can rest deeply. Nothing that you need to do, nowhere that you need to be. Instead, weave in the Sankulpa or the intention, 'I am resting deeply within myself to restore my body, mind, and spirit.'
