I really like your workouts. It motivates me bc I don't need to wear workout equipment or even put my mat out, I can do it in my sweatpants and socks! I WFH so I have problems getting steps in. This is great. Thank you and keep them coming!

I expected this to be less fast xD especially since most of your workouts with this time amount have more steps. but I liked it nevertheless :) did this while watching TV. lots of walking and some faster paced movements. Enjoyable. Burned 132 kcal so definitely not too bad :D the 2 snacks I had were burned off now haha. 4 min fat burn zone too. Perfect for my lazy day
