I started doing Rick’s workouts about 7 weeks ago. I was just looking for a way to get my steps in during winter. I wasn’t even looking to get slimmer. Imagine my surprise when I lost 2 1/2 inches off my waist and went down a size. Because these are fun I’ve found myself doing more than one video a day.

I don’t normally leave comments on fitness videos.

At the minuet I’m going through combat stress for PTSD ( ex army medic) you’re work outs are a massive part of my recovery journey.

It’s half 6 here and I’ve just finished this and I feel like I could ride a unicorn over a rainbow 😂 that’s how good it makes me feel.

Been times after therapy where I’ve felt shit and I’ve done this ( not without it’s discipline to do it) and again it’s really picked me up.

Dear Rick,

Thank you! I am about to embark on a new fitness journey! In a classroom assault in 2016, led to a spinal fusion! I already suffered from fibromyalgia thus falling into severe agoraphobia, ptsd, & pain. In 2020 an event occurred leading to much needed therapy! Now, I found how weak I’ve become, but all other videos bored me, caused pain, or just didn’t interest me! Then I stumbled on this video! I’m a product of the 80’s & all I do was dance! I’m very excited to begin tomorrow! I’ll keep you posted! Starting slow, but I’ll get to the end, plus I’m aiming for Zumba next!

Perfect. Not irritatingly perky, just genuinely happy. Doesn’t push you to ‘feel the burn’. He just lets you do you. Turns out I can’t even step with rhythm and it didn’t matter. Doesn’t get frustrating because it really doesn’t matter, just move. Brilliantly simple and happy❣️

I had to laugh when you said those of us who lived through the 80's already have our own rhythm. I lived through the 80's and couldn't dance then, can't dance now. But I love to look silly trying (in my living room!) Thanks for the great workout!

hey rick i love your workouts they are so much i find myself sometimes doing 2 or three after each other. they are easy on my joints as i suffer arthiritis and i have found since doing these they have helped my knees and ankles. also they help me maintain my weightloss where i lost 12 stone in one year and have kept it off for over two years now thank you
