Your channel has helped me in more ways than you can imagine, the full body/calorie burning workouts are what helped the most but I do a lot of your workouts. Lucy, ...Checking in to let you know that you are still my At-Home Trainer!!! I'm one month in and I am absolutely hooked and a believer in your workouts! I'm really toning my body and feel great! I'm 65 and a 1/2 years young :), recently retired and I do the "Walk at Home 4000 step workout every day and also whatever workout plays after; I just continue on. These workouts are really and truly toning my body and improving my posture and well being. I also walk outside for about 4-8000 steps each day. Thank you so much for putting these Work Outs out there. I have always been super mobile and high energy but NEVER was a fan of exercise except for walking. But now a HUGE fan of your [standing, low impact but high intensity workouts!] Thanks again.

I just started doing your workouts and I love them! For this particular workout I had 3400 steps instead of 4000, but I don’t move as fast as you😊 Thank you for sharing these videos!

Thank you, Lucy! It was raining when I had time for a walk. Stayed home, but I wasn't in the mood for exercise and did this workout really slowly. Without pushing myself and jogging on the spot instead of leg kicks I still took nearly 3000 steps.
Lucy, what you are doing is fantastic and I'm really grateful for all your hard work.

Hi Lucy I’m loving these indoor step walks sometimes I do them twice a day I get to about almost 20, 000 steps a day I’m feeling amazing thank you so much for making these videos and all the videos you posted iv done most of them and there all great 😊

3, 142 steps!!! I was a little slow because for me this was a big workout. I haven’t worked out since 2019 right before the pandemic. I also have a herniated disc and this workout didn’t aggravate it!! I was nice and tired

I’ve done this one several times and somehow I only get around 2885 steps - I swear I’m even trying to double time parts of it lol. Regardless, it’s still a big chunk of daily steps done before I even head out to work so I’m very grateful for your ability to make these fun. I tried muting you and using music but found I instantly missed hearing you - I have all day at work to listen to my music - I prefer to hear your fun self whilst doing these :).
