Anyone else gets excited, when they hear the Bing for the last 5 seconds of each exercise. I'm going to try and do this every day 2 twice day.

I am very lazy so that’s why I don’t workout but this was great. I really felt the burn.

You're the best! I haven't been able to run ever since I fractured my ankle and I just needed to feel active while staying off my feet and this has been so great. I've only been doing this for three days and feel a difference as far as core strength; I can walk longer distances on my crutches without getting as winded as I normally would and I'm finding that with each day, I'm able to do the workouts that were difficult the previous day. I definitely have a ways to go before I can seamlessly do all the workouts with little breaks but I feel confident that if I keep up with this consistently, I'll get there. For now I'm only doing this once a day but hoping to work up to 2x/day and maintain this routine even after I can start running again. Thank you Dayana!!

Ok It literally hurts to cough, or laugh, I'm so sore after I did this work out 2 days ago - you're doing something right here!! Lol. Literally had no idea I was that out of shape! Love it thank you :)

This is great esp if i'm not in the mood to do high intensity ab workouts on the floor. Like yea i wanna exercise but in my bed and i don't wanna get tired 100%. Thank you 💯✨

I'm planning to do these! Can you tell me the breathing pattern? Specially for the crunches. Do I have to inhale while I'm lifting my head up or when I'm bring my head down to the bed?
