hii good thing i’ve found your channel!! i’ve been doing the 5min abs exercise and the thigh because rn i’m getting lazy to get up but after a week i can see the result it’s not that visible much but i can feel the tense. thank you so much!

Hiiii, i'm so grateful for you. I had workouts 5-6 times a week (some weeks ago). But now i'm living in chummery and haven't free place. Now i do workout in bed and soooo happy, that i can do it anyway.
