I have POTS. I’m not lazy but I do have to lie down a lot. I wish people would offer these amazing videos for people who just have different needs. ❤Regardless, thx for the tips.

You know, some people are looking for bed exercises because they’re disabled and CAN’T get out of bed, not because they’re lazy. It’s a shame there are so few videos teaching bed exercises without denigrating them in the process. It’s not lazy to find a way to work out however you can.

Thank you for this video. I am 65 and terribly out of shape. My lower back aches I have arthritis and inflammation that makes exercise difficult. However I decided to start with this exercise. For several days I did just a couple three times a day but I have worked my way up to 15 reps, pause, and 15 more.Doing it twice a day. I am going to graduate to the straighter leg version tonight. I think I will also take your quiz to get more more exercises for me. Thank you

Did he already see this pandemic coming? (I mean this video was made 2 years ago.) Why? This is the perfect exercise to be done during home quarantine! Amazing! 👏

This is a no BS brilliant gift. Thank you so much for this. You answered all the questions and gave more to someone who has neck and back pain.🙏

Going to try this right now, had a stroke and many of the suggested exercises are similar.

Thx for sharing. In abs exercise I usually feel it on my lower back. But this exercise really let me feel my abs work hard and not lower back pain. 👍😎👍

Thanks for posting this! I broke my arm back in October, and because of the surgery, can't do planks or push-ups again, and have arthritis in my lower spine, so sit-ups are a no-go because of the floor. My posture has suffered for months, so looking forward to getting back on track!

This is very helpful, because I have a weird tail bone and it hurts when I do sit-ups on the floor.

Thank you for this as someone who has to be cautious of how much I work my body because of disabilities and who also deals with mental health problems this exercise along with a few others will be super helpful for me in the moments my body needs a lighter approach

I can do this everyday. Better than crunches in bed. Thanks for this

Thanks, have ME/CFS. Not sure I can do these, but will try slowly and assess.

I have OCD, and so my germaphobia prevents me from doing exercises on the floor under most conditions, so this was exactly what I needed.

Although I will add: he said to avoid using your neck muscles on this one. Is it physically possible not to? I try to focus on the core, but I’ve always had to tense my neck muscles as well. Am I doing it wrong?

This is a great exercise when done with legs extended instead. I do about 30-50 reps per set. Abs on fire. Love this as it doesn't irritate my tailbone. Thanks 😊

My neck always aches if I do normal stomach crunches so this is a great solution, thanks very much
