Day 4 : ✅ I can see a little bit difference

This just proves that Emi is a mind reader. I'm recovering from ankle surgery, so this great for working out the abs without putting any weight on my foot.

Day 1= ✅ (did it 2times ) felt the burn 🔥
Day 2 =✅ ( did it 2times ) felt little harder than first
Day 3 = ✅ (2times ) felt little easy
Day 4 = ✅ ( 2times)
Day 5 = ✅ ( 2times)
Day 6 = ✅ ( 2times)
Day 7 = ✅ ( 2times)

Before =
Waist = 39
Thighs = 27 .5

After =
Waist = 38
Thighs = 25 🥳
So I lost 1 inch of my waist and 2 inches of my thighs .I didn't did any diet but I not eat oily food . And l was drinking hot water with lemon juice

when i was doing the smile exercise, i decided to not only make the air smile, but i decided to make myself smile too, because i knew that i would smile way bigger when i would see the results.
don't give up guys! only you can change yourself! you are loved, you are hardworking, and you are strong ♥️

day 1: no changes
day2:no changes but more confident
day3:little change not much
day4:a bit of difference
day5: felt easy
day6: EASY AND IT FELT GOOD
day7: THIGH GAP IS WIDER and stomach flatter and backs more defined. gonna do for month
day8: easy and not much changes from yesterday
day9: no changes
day10; not as hard
day11: felt the burn

edit: hey guys!!sorry but i decided to stop and did some diets. the diet seem to work quite well and i do 2 or 3 planks

okay I'm gonna do it and update y'all

*before:*
waist - 63cm
upper thighs - 51cm

day1: done once
day2: done once
day3: done twice
day4: skipped but streched my legs with her slim legs stretch video
day5: done once
day6: skipped but did other inner thighs workouts (not from emi though)
day7: done once

*update after a week:*
didn't ate that healthy at all during this week (however i didn't overate or anything, i ate as much as i usually eat), nor did any cardio which probably explains my not so drastic changes, but anyways here there are:

waist: almost 62cm
upper thighs: around 50cm each

even though it's not that much yet i'm quite happy with the results as i didn't expect much due to my quite poor diet and lack of cardio but i'll definitely continue this workout! (along with others as well since i feel like it's not enough) it's great because it's easy yet you still feel the burn

day8: dit it once

i then stopped the challenge lol, too much things going on in my life that i didn't even have time to actually do it since i was exhausted both in the morning and evening
