Hi Lucy! 2 year subscriber here. You got me into calisthenics. I do a lot of push ups, abs, and core stuff, stretches, squat with no weights, and bar hangs. I love bar hangs. They cured my shoulder problems! The heck with weights! Don’t need em.

Hi Lucy, I'm a Kiwi woman in my 50s inspired to get started with Calisthenics by your managable introduction for beginners.
I lived in Australia for 8 fabulous years bu back home now in Canterbury NZ with a vision to teach regular peeps to repurpose building materials and build their own homes with no debt.
I need to be fit an strong and with the right encouragement, believe I can certainly defy the typical age barriers.

The best thing about calisthenics is you don't need to buy any thing. You can do push-ups everywhere. Need to do pull-ups and/or dips? Just go to the park. You can also play around with different variations -- change the volume, num of sets/reps, change stance, grips, etc. ❤❤❤

I want to do calisthenics but i love training with weights and building muscle. Even though im a woman, but ill definitely try this workout when i dont have weight with me

Woah. You can REALLY feel it in your arms when you do table top hip thrust it’s not like a normal hip thrust at ALL where you just feel it in your legs.

Thank you. Been a ballet dancer for a long time, now half way thru my 30s I’d love to learn calisthenics. Question: where did you learn? Went to classes or just tried things at the gym? What was the process like? :)
