First exercise really will not be enough stimulus for the bicep to grow as it will primarily target the shoulders and triceps

Anyone that performs movement's whole heartedly, with focus, patience progressing properly every time you train, these movements are for you. Although some exercises may not fit your bro science or "science lifter methodology, it still doesn't mean they dont produce mature muscle, true strength, etc

Don’t need fancy gym equipment to get strong, in ancient days before gyms, men worked with what they had.

The planche lean can target the long head of the bizeps a little because of the placement of the tendon, but the planche lean pushup won't, because the pushing motion shortens the bizeps at the same time. But overall if you have a trained bizeps, none of the two will activate it enough for actual growth.

Fact: the bicep push up improve your shoulder and tricep (or even forearm) more than your BICEP
