5 wall climbers (add push-up)
Elevated pike pushups 8
Pseudo Planche Pushups (to failure)
Plank rockers (to failure)

Repeat 4x times

Wall walks are no joke. A fantastic exercise for the shoulders. I also like to incorporate Mike Tyson Push-ups in my calisthenics routine.

Also if u put the hands like diamond but wide open, you activate more the shoulders

I added traps in my workout routine and I cant do anything but wall climbers and unelevated, knee pike pushups lol. My shoulders are burning

dude i really want to switch to 100% calisthenics i do a mix of both lifting and calisthenics i just feel like lifting weights is so much easier for hypertrophy (for certain body parts like shoulders and legs ?)
