This is a remake of a video from a while ago. It's the same information, but the old video promoted the pullup bars in my fitness shop. I still recommend buying a pullup bar, but we're currently out of stock. You can get them from many places! Solid investment.

Either way, it seems to make the video a little more "pure."

I have a medical condition where I can’t be upright for more than a few minutes (have to lie down all day) and I’ve been feeling my muscle mass waste away. Just tried this and oh wow, I can’t believe I’ll be able to train my back now! Thank you so much!

This seems like a good exercise for posture!

I have a pullup bar and gym rings at home, but i love ”small” movements, its trains the tiny muscles too. And all coordination is needed in climbing! :D

Lowkey I did this when I had no equipment when losing weight. Makes you feel complete when able to work on back, especially when I could not do a pullup at the time.

I just practise in the office washroom stalls. I bring a 3 ft pole with me and prop it on top of the toilet dividers. It’s a bit awkward explaining why I need to bring a pole with me to go to the washroom. I get weird looks all the time.
