This practice in particular remains my favourite. I attend this class twice a week since 2020. And this has been my very first class of vinyasa flow of my life. I remember me thinking "if I can do this I potentially can manage everything" (toughest warm up ever concieved)

Just getting back in touch with Yoga to help with stiff muscles & joints, this did wonders! Pro athletes practice yoga for it's benefits, working class blues collar workers should too. Amazing routine, just intense enough to challenge a beginner in decent shape. Sets the right pace, thank you!

Your vinyasa flow sequence is so gentel yet challenging just enough to create a swet. I really enjoy a 30 - 40 min practice....keep em coming Patrick! Peace!
