Welcome to this 60 min yoga flow. This class is great for mixed levels (beginner & intermediate) and includes a full body yoga flow with breathwork and meditation at the end.
Today's practice includes a steady vinyasa flow with sun salutations, standing balances, inversion, backbends and hip openers. There are options to suit different levels to help you make the practice your own and give you the studio experience at home.
