Here in 2024. Planning to do this 4 times a week. Not new to Adriene or yoga but not a yogi by any means. Still so grateful for everything yoga has brought to me over the years

I'm a twenty four year old guy and I've spent the last four years with varying degrees of debilitating back pain, this last year especially. My mom had to have back surgery for her back issues and as a young person already experiencing sciatica pain, I'm terrified that I'll have to have the same. I've never really done yoga, but yesterday and today I started doing your videos. I just now finished your Day 1 video and when I was done I stood up and felt nothing. My back felt perfect. I couldn't help but start crying. I'm not a very outwardly emotional person but finally having a moment of real joy that I felt good again, I just had to cry. I want to say thank you, I can't wait to continue using your videos and keep feeling better everyday. Thank you Adriene <3

Just finished the 30 day yoga challenge, and was feeling kind of emotional that the journey with Adriene was over...and then I discover she has like a million more videos, lol. Time for a new 30 day challenge. Day 1 of Yoga Camp complete. :)

Started again today - loved Yoga Camp the first time it landed - life has totally changed and I am facing some serious health issues. The affirmation I ACCEPT has take on particular meaning. Thanks Adriene!

I realise also that these 30 day courses have been helping me to combat depression since 2021 when I started with BREATH . Since then I have had days when I have felt so good. Better in fact than I have for most of my adult life. Can't thank you and your team enough.

Hi Adriene! I just wanted to let you know what a difference that you have made in my life. I have Parkinson’s disease and exercise is the most important thing that I can do to slow down the progression of this disease. I walk my dog a few miles every day, but I still needed more exercise. I decided to give Yoga a try. Didn’t know anything about it and tried a couple of YouTube videos, just didn’t seem like I was doing it properly. Tried Yoga International, but that’s for people that have been doing it quite a while. Then I came across a article about you and subscribed to your channel. Best decision ever! You make me feel so comfortable, you explain everything so well and give alternatives to poses and always make “Find What Feels Good” the first priority. I recently had Covid and that took me out of exercise for about three weeks. The first of your Yoga workouts that I finally got to get back too made me so HAPPY! Missed it so much! Just wanted to say thanks for being such a beneficial part of my life!

Just finished 30 days of yoga with Adriene, I've done that during the quarantine. I will never thank you enough, it has changed my life. I can see (and my family too!) physical visible improvements in the tone of the muscles, in the posture, in the spine. And I can FEEL that. Moreover, it helps me a lot with my anxiety. I can't wait, every day, to do my yoga session. I've almost never skipped a day even if I'm super busy. I'm super proud of me. I want to do yoga everyday for the rest of my life. Now I've started also yoga camp and I know it will be another amazing journey together. Keep up and chin up my friends, all over the world. Hope everyone is safe. xoxo from Italy. Day 1 (redo) - I was here 7mths ago then I fell off my path and found my way back! Let's give this a try again in a new year, 2021! I accept this is my current day to day life, I accept that isolation without family is incredibly hard. I accept that my Nana passed away during pandemic. I accept that grief and sorrow is part of my daily life, for now. I accept this opportunity to give myself the chance to feel open and connected to my heart and my body! Namaste! <3

I had already done 30daysofyoga with you in 2015, multiple times, and LOVED it. So I started Yoga Camp in Feb 2016, but just before I started, things in my life got extremely out of control and too much to handle, I had just moved country; everything went wrong. I was in an extremely bad place mentally, and after Day 5 I stopped all yoga (and all exercise) for 5 months! Easily the longest I have been without 'movement'. I wasn't eating or sleeping properly, I would barely leave the tiny house. It was horrible. When I returned to my home country in August, I started Yoga (30daysofYWA) with you again. I was so amazed by how hard it was for me, I was so out of practice!! I was so frustrated; it was worse than 'beginner me'. But I trusted you, and the difference you made in my life before, and stuck with it. Completed the 30days on the 1st of Oct. I made the best progress!

Then, I wanted to try do Yoga Camp, but I was so terrified that the memories and flashbacks would be triggered by Yoga Camp considering I was doing it at the time everything happened. It sounds silly, I knew it was silly, but I couldn't help be scared that it would bring up all those feelings again by way of association. After a few days of trepidation and hesitation, I took a deep breath in and decided to watch the orientation camp video again. I decided to commit to finding what feels good and Yoga Camp, it was a leap of faith.
Well, I have now completed Day 7 of Yoga Camp!

I'm sorry my comment is so long, I just knew I had to come back to Day 1 and get this out and encourage anyone else starting this challenge.
I never comment on anything, until starting Yoga Camp. You asked in the orientation video to connect to the community, I have heard you say it so many times. But now I am :) and I am so grateful to be a part of it!


Adriene, from the four corners of my heart, I thank you. For everything that you are and have created for us. It means more than words can ever explain.

After getting Covid and not being able to exercise for months and struggling with how my body has changed I have decided to come back to where I first began my yoga journey in 2016. I am excited to spend another thirty days with you Adriene! I accept that my body is not the same and it's time for a fresh start. ❤️

Here we go again, yesterday I finished the first ever 30 days yoga challenge with Adriene and it felt SO GOOD that I just decided to follow all 30 days challenges posted here on a chronological order ! Thank you for teaching us self love through Yoga with you!

I really enjoyed this. I've been looking forward to coming to my mat all day. I'm not in a great place right now, no self love, no kind thoughts. Today, that changes. I accept where I am just now, where I have been as I leave this place. Thank you.
