That was awesome Adriene. 👍 I found myself, really connecting with the mantra today. "I deserve better, then I've been giving myself. " for me it's that I never give myself a break, I am harder on myself, then I would be to others, and I'm realising, that I need to start being kinder, to myself. So thank you Adriene, this practice has really helped me, in taking those steps. I can't believe, that the August 2024, yoga calendar 'ATTRACT ' is almost coming to an end. It has been fun, and has taught me a lot. I love coming on the mat, and reconnecting to my body. Thank you so much Adriene, you are awesome. Also it's funny, that you mentioned, a pizza party in the practice, because tonight is pizza night, for me and my family. So when you mentioned that, it did make me smile. 😊 see you tomorrow morning, awesome lady. Namaste. 🙏🧡🍕🧘‍♀️

This practice was perfect today! I've been struggling badly for the last couple of weeks and have only done yoga every couple of days instead of daily. Today I thought I had to make the commitment again but 34 minutes seemed daunting. I'm so thankful it was a gentle practice so I could ease in again without feeling discouraged by the strength I've surely lost.

My husband and I have been struggling a bit and I went from saying “I deserve love” to breathing in “I deserve love” and breathing out “my husband deserves love” 💗
