I am surprised at the amount of complaints. Yoga Camp is FREE, it is a lot of work to create and give to others. I am very grateful for the opportunity to participate regardless of time posted. I get up at 430am in order to be at work at 530am. No time for yoga, so I make sure to carve time out in the evenings. It is a blessing whatever time is available. Thank you Adriene for giving this opportunity to learn and practice yoga to all!

This practice was truly beautiful, it felt like 20 minutes not at all 51 as soon as you find that focus on your inner self and your breath it really comes along so fast! Thank you as always Adriene x

I was dreading this practice because of the length but I'm glad I found the time and motivation to get on my mat at 9am cause it flew by so fast and now I'm feeling so energized for the day ahead. I created sweat but I also created strength and breath and ease. Namaste everyone 💜

I absolutely fell in love with today's practice. I came here right after finishing the 30 days of yoga challenge. I wanted to practice for years, visited studios, did a video here and here. And though I needed some more time for the first challenge, I began to realize how a slow change set in in my body, my mind, my whole mentality and standing in my life. Today I fully moved with my breath, I filled myself up and created space, self-confidence, and strength. I'm feeling great now. Thank you, Adriene, and everyone. <3 Namaste.

don't let the length worry you! once you start and find your breath, this practice will go by so quickly.

Started this series after finding out we'll be in quarantine until the end of April here in the Netherlands. It was great to hear Adriene say, "I've got your back." YWA getting me through this pandemic one day at a time.

I've been practicing with you for over 6 years and I have to say a MASSIVE THANK YOU for this practice. It met me right where I was at and it turned out to be exactly what I needed. I also didn't know if I would have time for this, but I thought I would finish it later if I didn't have time, but miraculously this turned out to be the perfect length. I am so grateful to you and everything you do ❤

I wasn't able to complete this whole practice, and instead of dwelling on that and what my body isn't capable of, I'm celebrating the 23 minutes I did complete and what my body can do! :)

Those who are complaining need this yoga practice the most. This will help teach patience and gratitude. I do the videos a day behind so I can do them in the morning before work. Thank you Adrienne for all your hard work on these videos. THEY ARE AMAZING and I am so grateful. I cannot wait until tomorrow morning to do the next video. Namaste

32 days straight of doing YWA. I can't even begin to describe how different I feel. Stronger, less need to control...today, downward dog even felt relaxing like I was in an upside down hammock!

Realize how much work goes into getting 30 videos up in 30 days guys! 6 AM is early in Adriene's time. If you live across the country just simply do it the next day, or start later when all the videos are up. It's a home practice. And just like the first 30 day challenge the videos vary in length! Something for everyone... 15 mins is too short for some yogis! 50 minutes is too long for others! But keep an open mind!

I cried alot during this practice. I never thought of my feet before. But I realized how much and how long my feet have carried me through life and always been there for me. And I was able to create and accept and let things go. Thank You for the longer videos I love a whole hour of yoga. It is amazing how it flies by and I'm almost disappointed its over. But at the same time excited for another journey tomorrow!

Thank you, Adriene. I am a completely new to yoga and I am 57. I have never been terribly flexible, add some weight and I am probably your most pitiful student; however, I am committed to 30 days to see what improvement I can achieve.
