This is not the first challenge i attended but it is by far the best I've done. The daily emails and thoughts help me so much stick to the practice and I find this challenging both phisically and mentally in ways new to me. I'm grateful for the both of you and for this journey. Thank you

Amazing workout 😄 Defines the arms and shoulders, too, and with time your body gets used to all the planks and dogs 😉 I promise! ✌️Juliana‘s classes are better than the gym indeed! 😄🙏🏻 I actually gained more strength and definition doing her classes in Quarantine than from training in the gym 🤷‍♀️😁

I have been in a low place recently, the stress of my studies, the pandemic has been taking a toll on me. These daily yoga videos have helped me so much. My anger is decreasing each day and I am more happy. This is just from the yoga, normally I do workout and take daily walks in nature. Last year I started doing your pilates videos after a big abdominal surgery, it had the same effect on my mood.
