I am a 69 y.o. man with chronic lower back and hip pain and digestive disorders. I have to say this video has been nothing short of miraculous for these conditions. In fairness, I have augmented this Yoga class with dietary changes and other core strengthening exercises. And I consulted with the Dr. before beginning. I haven't felt this good in decades! Thank you.

It’s crazy coming back to this video and seeing how much you have grown in your practice Juliana! Not only that, but how much I have grown too!
I remember struggling through this class when I first started practicing yoga and now I feel like I could add another 30 mins on no problem! Just know that you continually showing up and furthering your practice means that those who follow are showing up and doing the same. Im feeling extremely grateful for your dedication to this channel, it’s been a beautiful process to be apart of! ❤️

So today is day 28 of my yoga journey which i started a month ago. I wanted to challenge myself or better say i was looking for something consistent that is good for my body, mind and soul. So i started this as a challenge to do yoga every day for the next 365 days - there is still a long way to go but this first month already had so much positive impact on me internally and externally. Since 2015 i suffer from psychosomatic stomach pain and doing yoga released so much stress from my body that my pains have reduced so much. I mean, i live a healthy lifestyle in general, i eat vegan, i quit alcohol a while ago but the cherry on top for me that changed my well-being is yoga. Your videos were kind of the first ones i watched and as a beginner it felt quite difficult sometimes to keep up but i made it. And the feeling of getting to know my body better, listen to my body and connect with it is the best gift i could make myself. But since you and your yoga practice already have a huge impact on my journey i really needed to share this story and say thank you <3 I am def gonna stick to my yoga practice, this is only day 28 of 365 (and probably many many more) :)) Thank you, i love your videos, xoxo from sunny Berlin, Lena <3

Despite 5 surgeries for endometriosis, I still deal with daily pain. This video is a true blessing. It focuses on several of my "hot spot" areas. Although I initially thought it was a bit fast, by the time I did the video 3 times, I was in sync. I love the pacing and the challenges. For a slow flow, I just switch to one of your many gentle flow classes. Thanks for these videos, they enable me to reach for my mat instead of my Ibuprofen. Keep the videos coming!

I have felt like absolute garbage all day. I have many digestive issues and I get painful gas all the time. I did this video at 10 PM after work and I have felt absolutely fine ever since 🥳🥳 THANK YOU!!

That was one of the best I’ve seen for us beginners. Thank you so much. Not that I am really a beginner. This was a big part of our warm up and cool down for Martial Art Training. And due to a bad knee I’ve neglected to keep stretching. Now after knee surgery, I’m tight as a drum. Seen a lot of video on very advance contortion and stretching. That takes years to achieve again. But at 66 I’m looking for a very simple routine. Thank you. Your is proof that it’s working. You are beautifully designed. By purpose. Nice job.

This is one of my favourite flows! For the people finding it too fast, I think doing their practices specified for beginners for a while and then after you feel comfortable with them moving on to flows like these will help you. Also if you're looking for slower, calming ones try their yin yoga videos instead, they're all awesome!
I just want to thank you two for creating all these versatile practices. I do at least one of your videos every day, usually one in the morning and one in the evening. The amount of time and effort you put into this helps so many people around the world, thank you for spreading peace and love!

could you please do more yoga videos like this one?? I love it so much and do it basically every week I love how it has a perfect balance of stretching and also it's not too easy like most other yoga videos, but easy enough to do after a workout
