This Challenging 15 MIN SIXPACK WORKOUT INTENSE AB workout contains 15 different exercises. We will do each exercises for 40 seconds long and we have 15 seconds rest between the exercises. Make sure that you are engaging the abdominal muscles throughout the workout and pay attention to your breathing:
Exhale when you are squeezing the abdominals and inhale when you stretch the abdominals.
