The perfect 15 minutes Sixpack workout to really feel your abs. A combination of the Tones Side Abs and the Abs burn workout. That's why I like to combine it with the Toned Side Abs workout and the Abs burn workout as well to get the most out of my abs. But the 15 min Sixpack workout is always good if you don't have much time for a long workout. You feel good afterward and are grateful that you did it.

LEVEL:
Medium Level - Advanced level, very good for covering all areas of your abs. A good balance of easy and difficult exercises to work out and bring out those abs.

NO EQUIPMENT:
You just need a comfortable surface and you are ready to
go. This video lasts 10 minutes and every 30 seconds a new exercise
follows. With the recorded timer and music you can easily follow the
video.
