Me and a friend who's a MMA fighter and extremely fit are doing this now in the gym and we are feeling it. Granted, I did the day 6 workout two days ago. It's a calorie burner and doesn't half work the core.

It determined we need to increase our core and not as strong as we thought.

Thank you for another great workout. I'm getting ready for a 30 day epic hike across Spain on the Camino de Santiago. Besides my long walks outside and on the treadmill these HIIT workouts are strengthening my entire body and dramatically improving my hiking endurance. You are a blessing.

This was a killer! I love doing your ab workout videos! Just one little thing; in this video I could not really hear the beep of the timer at the end of each 30 minutes. I would do an exercise and look up and it has already moved on to the next exercise. Maybe my hearing is just off today, but I thought I would write it in the comments. LOVE the HIIT it harder challenge so far!! Can't wait for Monday!! :)
